Re: Epileptic Spaniel - monitoring device??

Not sure when you want this for -

For nights I was worrying too much when Rusty was bad so I bought a baby monitor from ebay - It worked well but I still couldn't sleep worrying about him. So I just cut out the middle man and sleep him in our room. I hate this condition. Good luck. xx

Re: cheque alternatives

I get mine automatically from HSBC - although frequently it's not as automatically as it should be and I have to ring someone in India to try to get me a new one.

Oh Kerry! So sorry to see your update! Gutting. You have had such awful times with your dogs! Just so sorry. It's so not your fault - just so unlucky... Re: Hip Replacements-Human !

The Consultant has not given me much direction either way ..that sounds about right! Not helpful are they!!!!! Good luck with whatever you decide. A friend recently had a speedy recovery from the resurfacing but it is recent and there's no way of knowing how long his will last. But if the joint...

Re: Harnesses

Yes it looks like it might be good - but at that price I'd like someone to test them out for me before I'd buy one!!!! :) :winking: I bought all mine fleece harnesses but stopped using them cos they hold the water too much. I bought my Hurtta harnesses each for about £15 or less each - they we...

Re: Harnesses

The Hurtta harness are strong - I have the older style but the Pro Padded Y Harness might be a good option. I prefer them to the fleece once with all this mud around. No front ring - but I guess you could add one. There are also these which might be more what you're looking for. I've had there f...

Re: Real 4th height numbers

In UKA I run my standard dogs at 26" because that is the height they have to jump when they are in KC and we mainly go to UKA to train for KC. If the KC height was set at standard then in UKA I would run them at standard for the same reason. They jump at the height they need to jump at in compe...

The state of Illinois in which I live, is roughly the size of England .If you trust Google information, Illinois is 390 miles long by 210 wide, England 360 miles long by 270 wide (crap weather here today so I have time on my hands). Illinois has a grand total of 14 approved AKC agility judges liv...

Re: 4th height again!

..so the issue is really just negotiating something that will work. The impression I was getting is that some people really are dead set against this. so no one is against this as such - just against the extra height suggestion as it now stands... So it agreed that there is a group of dogs who wil...

Re: Information Pack on 4th Height Discussion Item

I think the collie domination was a very silly 'reason' lol. It also wasn't an actual reason - it was a comment used by some supporters of a raised Medium height to denigrate those who preferred the FCI Medium height that was adopted - intended to belittle them by suggesting that they might be ...
